Bring approved goals, roles, selected local workspace material, prior decisions, and relevant history into the meeting instead of rebuilding the situation from memory.
Meeting intelligence for consequential conversations
AI Collaborator is being built for leaders and experts who cannot afford to reconstruct context after the meeting. Prepare with approved facts, get concise guidance in the moment, and leave with a clear path to action.
Version 0.0.24 technical preview. No payment is being accepted.
Discussion signal
“Can we commit to the accelerated date?”“We can validate that date today, but I will not commit until we reconcile it with the two open delivery dependencies.”
Current plan shows two unresolved dependencies on the critical path.
Which dependency can the room remove before Friday?
An unsupported date may become a recorded customer commitment.
See the experience
Watch a representative prepare, decide, and act flow across the product family. The walkthrough is intentionally labeled and does not expose private implementation details.

Most meeting tools document what already happened. AI Collaborator is designed around the moment when better context, wording, and questions can still improve the outcome.
Bring approved goals, roles, selected local workspace material, prior decisions, and relevant history into the meeting instead of rebuilding the situation from memory.
See concise suggested wording, backup reasoning, questions, cautions, and confidence guidance while the conversation can still change.
Review the automatically archived transcript and AI trace. End with a responsive HTML report when synthesis is requested, with a local evidence-first fallback if model synthesis fails.
Product family
The product is being delivered through an IDE extension, an installable application, and optional browser companions. Each surface keeps the accountable person in control.
Bring live guidance, selected workspace context, answer history, diagnostics, transcript review, and reports into the IDE used for consequential technical work.
For architects, engineers, and technical leadersUse a dedicated AI Collaborator experience without requiring the user to conduct meeting work inside an IDE.
For leaders and experts across business rolesAdd optional browser-based meeting experiences that work with supported AI Collaborator editions while preserving explicit user control.
Companion surfaces, not a meeting botGrounded coaching
Select an authorized local folder, all local workspace roots, or individual supported text and code files. Relevant excerpts accompany coaching with file, line, version, and content-hash citations.
Reviewable outcomes
The preview automatically checkpoints the captured session into local transcript and AI-trace files. An explicit End session + report action creates a responsive HTML report beside that evidence.
Current limits matter: document grounding supports selected local UTF-8 text and code—not PDF/Office extraction, OCR, automatic private-link ingestion, or semantic search. Captions, redaction, retrieval, and model guidance can be incomplete or wrong.
One intelligence layer, many rooms
The lead user is a leader or expert making commitments, defending a recommendation, navigating risk, or turning ambiguity into a decision.
Keep objectives, tradeoffs, risks, owners, and unresolved questions visible as the room converges.
Use requirements, design context, prior decisions, and delivery evidence to strengthen technical conversations.
Bring account history, objections, constraints, and open commitments forward before a casual statement becomes a promise.
Compare commitments with dependencies, availability, delivery state, and operational constraints.
Context and action ecosystem
AI Collaborator is designed as an extensible context-and-action layer, not a closed meeting bot. Connect only the sources, tools, and destinations that are authorized for the environment.
Extensibility is configuration-dependent. Compatible integrations require authorized APIs, permissions, policy approval, reliable source data, and tested adapters. This is not a claim that every agent, skill, MCP server, or enterprise connector ships preconfigured.
Product status
A separate ContextIQ platform implementation demonstrates tenant-scoped APIs, durable transcript processing, evidence-backed insights, organizational memory, review, exports, and Azure infrastructure design. It is locally verified but production release remains blocked; it is product direction, not a claim that those cloud capabilities ship in this desktop preview.
Participant controlled
AI Collaborator is designed for approved context and deliberate use. Meeting capture and assistance must comply with participant notice, consent, organizational policy, confidentiality obligations, records rules, and applicable law.
