AI Collaborator collects limited operational telemetry and the information you deliberately provide when joining the early-access list. The website does not currently process payments or create customer accounts.

Early-access registration

When you join early access, we collect your email address, optional first name, selected primary use, consent status, source page, and registration time. Azure Storage holds the record. A one-way hash of the normalized email is used as the technical row identifier.

How registration information is used

Registration information is used to administer early access and send product milestones, availability, and pricing messages you requested. It is not sold. Do not submit confidential meeting content, credentials, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information through the form.

Website analytics

Microsoft Azure hosts the website, registration API, storage, and telemetry. Azure Application Insights processes page views, pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers, page paths, browser and device information, approximate geography derived from network information, performance data, trusted-interaction signals, dependencies, and exceptions. Telemetry is enabled only on verified production hosts.

Email addresses and first names are not added to custom telemetry or application logs. Registration events record operational properties such as source path, selected use category, success state, and whether the address was already registered.

Browser storage

Application Insights may use browser storage or cookies to maintain pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers and buffer telemetry. This website does not use advertising cookies.

Retention and service providers

Microsoft processes hosting, storage, API, and telemetry data as the cloud provider. Early-access records are retained while the launch relationship remains active or until deletion is requested. Operational telemetry uses the retention configured in the associated Azure monitoring workspace.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion, or withdraw from launch communications, by emailing gunger@ungertechonline.com.

Future product services

Before purchases, software licensing, authenticated accounts, or additional processors are enabled, this notice will be updated to identify the applicable processing and controls.
